Shifting problems 4R100

Hello I´m trying to solve some problems that I have when the automatic shift gear full throtlle. The probles is when I run the engine and I make a pass by, the transmission automatically pulls down one gear but it dosn´t pass to the next gear, and the engines goes up to 3500rpm until I raise my foot from the pedal. Could anybody help me and try to find out what´s the problem??? It happens when the trasmission pass form 2 to 3 to 4 and so on..
Its a F-250 XLT Powerstroke year 2000.
