Will not shift from 2nd to 3rd
I have a '96 F350 with a E4OD Auto that I just put in, it will shift from first to second just fine but just stays in second gear.
I do have a Banks TransCommand hooked up to it I don't know if that would be causing any of the problems?  Any Body Got An Idea!
