Trans stuck in 5th gear after pcm swap

I have a 2000 f250 7.3 with an auto trans.
I recently replace the pcm with a remanufactured one from Oriley's. had the pcm flashed and now my trans is stuck in 5th gear. The trans shifted fine before my friend fried my first pcm installing a chip. What could be the problem?

For starters there is only 4 gears, and it could be possible that its programmed for a manual trans, what's it doing exactly?

Found the problem. Oreilly's sent the pcm for a manual trans. Now I need to know what kind of damage it has caused to my transmission. It was pouring out trans fluid.

Check the fluid level, put the new pcm in and see what it does, don't see that it would hurt if you only had it in for a short time.
