Trans has no gears...

Hey ya'll. Looking for some help/advice with my truck. I have a 2001 F250 7.3l 4x4 with I believe the 4R100 transmission. I have never had a problem with it before, never has slipped or anything. I'll be honest here, what happened is I stopped to spin a little tire in front of a buddy of mines house. I power braked it for a few seconds, wouldn't spin the tires so I let off the throttle to drive away (embarrassed) haha. But when I went to put it back in drive, (I had it in 1st) I had no gears.. no reverse, no nothing. Just revs up when I push the throttle. I checked the fluid and it was pretty low, didn't smell too bad but you can tell the fluid probably had never been changed, and it wasn't leaking anywhere afterwards. My question is what could of happened? It didn't make any sounds like something broke and the transmission makes no sounds when I cycle it through gears. The RPM's do change when I put it in reverse and drive, etc. If that helps, im not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is your OD light blinking? That would indicate that there is a code for the transmission. If not then I would suspect you killed your torque converter. Either way, be prepaired for a new transmission and a lighter wallet.
