Unhappy 4r100 trans won't shift into overdrive

I have a 2002 7.3L Ford F-350 Super Duty I changed the transmission filter on my tranny, I had no problems before this and now it won't shift into overdrive. A DTC code keeps coming up P0743 TTC circuit indicated the solenoid as ON low voltage when requested OFF high voltage, & P0741 Torque converter slip is greater then expected. I've checked the main wiring harness and the connection going to the solenoid pack no broken wires or a loose connection I'm thinking that I should replace the solenoid pack but I want to make sure that will fix the problem before I spend 300 dollars. Does anybody else have any advice or ideas.

Thanks for posting your solution. I hate when someone fixes something but never posts it. How much did it cost you and how hard was it to do?

It cost $380.00 It was relatively easy the only challenging part was after you drop the pan you have to get the main wiring connector disconnected. The wiring connector is located on the right side of the truck or passenger side. and there is the the heat sheild in your way. the way I did it was I took all the bolts holding the heat shield off and then I took off the two nuts that hold the transmission to the cross member amd jack the tranny up a little and was able to the heat sheild back. then you can get to the connector and take it off. Then take off all the bolts that hold the solenoid pack to the valve body. when you go to pull it out sometimes you have ti use a flat blade screw drive to get it to pop out you dont want to get real wild with it and after its off just revers the process. I think it was about 12 Qt I had to put in.
