strang noise

hey yall, got a 2001 with a zf6 and in neutral it has this weird grinding/vibration that starts then stops then starts again. it seems to go away when i push in the clutch then let it out again. i also hear it again when im in 4th gear? sounds like some kind of bearing goin out. any ideas??

Throw out bearing is goin bad mine is doin the same thing you can buy a just the throw out bearing but myself and most would say just replace the whole clutch but if you dont mind the nosie or can bear it for awhile your not gunna do any real damage by drivin like that just dont do any real hard shifting or haulin *** around town all day and you will be fine for a while longer ive been drivin mine like that for a couple of months now with no issues but dont wait to long to do it either.
