What length Shaft to use on 4R100?

I have a 99 4x2 that I am wanting to convert to 4x4. I know I need to change the output shaft and extention housing. What I can't find info on is what length output do I need to buy? There is a 18" and 14.5" choice. I am putting a transfer case out of an '03 F350 behind it. Anyone got a quick answer?
