Question Transmission Not Shifting Right(Or At All!)

Let's start off with the mods: '01 F-250 XLT, auto, 4x4. It has TW 6pos chip, Six-Gun tuner, Big Head wga, Whizz Wheel, 4" exhaust, Power Elbow, Banks Intercooler, & ITP overboost annihilator.

I parked it fri(12/21) with no problems & started it back up to go to work this morning(12/27) & when I got on the main drag, it wouldn't shift from either 3rd-4th or 4th-OD. The RPMs just increase & the truck has no power. If you're travelling uphill, it feels like it shifts between 3rd & 2nd or 4th & 3rd(not sure). It doesn't feel like the TC is locked up either when I go into R. It should have more balls even in R but it feels like it's low in fluid. I had also checked under the truck & the cooler for leaks, but everything's dry. Finally, I checked the trans fluid & it's right up where it should be & it's clean. On my way to work, the "OFF" light on the shift lever started blinking. It's not a constant blink, it's flashing like a code. I wasn't able to see what the flashes were. After we checked the trans out, I started the truck to get it out of the garage & the light isn't flashing anymore, but the trans is still shifting like poo. Any ideas? Thanks to all in advance.

Get someone with a good scanner to pull codes.

I made my Samsung SGH-I997 send this.

With my Scanner, I pulled P0733- Gear 3 incorrect ratio & P0782- 2-3 shift error.

Curious to see what this is, mine has the random flashing of the overdrive light on the stick too. Once in awhile it will rev but no power to the ground. If I turn off the truck it seems to go away and not do it for weeks to months?

Well, Irishman, I'm on a new problem now----I've rebuilt my trans with all performance internals & now it's not shifting at all. As far as your problem, I'd try to get a good scan tool that can read trans codes & see if you can pull any DTCs. After having this trans apart & putting it together, I've learned a great deal & found a new respect for our beloved slushboxes.

Thanks, bud! Good luck with your's as well. As soon as you get those codes, we'll have a better idea.
