Excessive rolling friction.

So I got my brakes all working properly on my truck and started driving it again. But when I'm off the pedal it slows down faster then normal. So I got up to 60 mph and threw it in neutral and it rolled nice and smooth and barely lost any speed. So I'm figuring its the trans. What would be the cause of that?

Does it slow down faster than normal at lower speeds when the torque convertor isn't locked up?

I did more investigating and it seems to only happen over 25mph.
