Overdrive light flashing only in reverse?
Please Help?!
Just picked up an '01 7.3 F250 with 70000 miles OD light is flashing in reverse only. I noticed the wiring harness on left side of trans. Has a exposed portion and one of the wires I broken its yellow. Would thi broken wire cause the light to flash only in reverse? Any idea what function it performs? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
