What did you use to pull the gearset?

Hey guys, i currently have my zf6 transmission out of my 2000 f350 to do a 3-4th gear syncro but i am at a standstill cause I can't find a puller to pull the gearsets. My buddy is a mechanic and looked up how to do the job on their computer program and it says to basically pull all the gears up to that synchro to get at it. If anyone had any ideas on where i could find a puller for that or what you used I would appreciate it. If it helps i believe its about 10" from the input shaft to the back of the gear set and the gear is about 5" in diameter.
