Blinking od light when loaded heavy moving slow.

What does it mean when the od light flashes when you are headed up a steep grade loaded heavy. We sometimes are going less than 10 miles per hour.

Mine did this the other day and every day since. Pulled the codes from my edge insight and it had a torque converter slip code. I forget the number but now mine is steady doing it and making noises at stop lights. Gettin ready to do a zf6 swap instead of fixing cause I just got all the parts for free and I like manuals better anyways haha. Hopefully yours was a one time thing though.
