slips in and out of O.D

so this just started on a trans 1 yr old rebuild while driving at 65 or so trans slipped out of over drive . got off headed back home and the O.D. light would stay on for 30 sec to a min then go out again. The tranny was shifting on it own in and out of over drive. fluid seen ok drivers ok no abnormal sound and OD light doesnt flash or blinkwhile at a stop or key on . havent scanned yet

can the fuel pressure sensor affect this and or the trand solenoid pack ?

any info would rock as $$ are really tight

I'm thinking maybe a chaffed OD wire in the steering column harness.
