leaking 4r100

I pulled my 4r100 out of my 2000 F-250 4X4 because I thought it was leaking from the front pump seal. After I got it out, the seal and bushing seemed to be in pretty good shape but I changed it along with the pump gasket and o-ring. After reinstalling the transmission, the leak is the same as before. I am wondering if I could have a crack in the pump housing or trans case. The transmission will be coming back out soon so any input would be appreciated.
