Vibrating in 3rd and 4th gear

Truck:2003 F250 7.3 auto trans,4x4,4dr short bed.
Problems:Truck shaking in 3rd and in 4th. I hit the overdrive off and gets better but seems to be hooping or vibrating. I feels like the tc or maybe trans is goin.Truck has 100,000. I know it needs wheel bearing and front shocks but this seems to be tranny. It doesnt seem to coast very well either. Changed rear brakes and rotors. But seems to be a drag on the truck. THanks for help
