What does P0741 mean??????

Hey guys, to make a long story short, my truck was having shifting issues and finally threw the P0741 code, which with my scanner (and seems to be the same with everybody elses I've seen) is Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance stuck off. I changed the solenoid pack (with a remaned) Yes I know!!!! but it is happening again. I talked to a tranny guy and he seems to think i got a hold of a bad pack. I had read on here that the P0741 was a generic code and there should be a factory code that the Ford software could read that would give more detail to my issue. I took it to the dealer today to have them scan it and see what additional info i could get. When they came back to me they gave me the P0741 code and said it was the torque converter slipping. I told the guy i had never heard that particular code as a slipping code and he told me that he had never heard it my way. I had replaced the converter about 2 years ago. BTW when the tech from Ford was riding with me it showed the TC lock and unlock, did not look like a slip to me on the rad out. Everywhere I check it is listed as the circuit code. Which is it? I'm leaning towards a bad solenoid pack, again as this one i put in is a re-manned one. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
