Transmission noise after shutdown

Okay so i moved my truck last night just a few feet and shut it down and when i got out i heard this buzzing noise so i got under my truck..and it seemed to be coming from my tranny pan and it did it again today but i have never heard/noticed this noise before? What do yall guys think? Im planning on going on a trip in a few weeks would like to know if its something that can be fixed ..thanks
