Transmission Fluid Change Question

I have heard that some people drain the fluid out of the torque converter when changing out their fluid and filters. Does anyone else do this and is it necessary.?

I think it's a great idea, just wish my TC had a drain plug in it!

If you find one, use it, but don't expect there to be one there....
