4r100 leak and flywheel wobble

When power is added how easy is it to warp the flywheel? When I take the inspection plate off I see the torque converter and flywheel wiggling the same direction and together, also causing my front seal to leak. We pulled my trans a while back and replaced the seal but....forgot to check the flywheel... Seal held for about a Fay or two and continues to leak. Also can this torque converter (precision tc from diesel innovations) could possibly not be true and off center? I'm not big on transmissions so any help is appreciated
