zf 6 half clutching

zf 6 speed , from 1st into second even when i fully depress the clutch it half grabs and feel like im shfiting with the clutch partially applied. On ocasion it will not shift smoothly into other gears.

Figured it was the master/slave assy so i bought a pre bled kit and installed it, no difference.

Checked trans oil level, was ok but replaced with new to rule it out.

Any best aside from my throwout bearing?

Mine will grab going from 1st to 2nd, it has a sweet spot at 1750 though I can float it down into 2nd without it catching. Sometimes you just have to play around and see what the tranny likes. Every zf6 I've driven has been different with shifting. e99, 01, and my 07 have all liked to be shifted differently.

Throwout bearing won't cause that. A dead pilot bushing might.
