creeping off the in D....od light blinking

All other gears work. Even D is perfect once truck is up to 12 mph.
Just slipping on take off. 1 & 2 no issues, shift into D,, no issues.
Only at stop with D.
245,000 miles...01.
This started after I had to lock up brake s in the rain to avoid an accident then took off around the slow dodge. Next light Drive takes a few seconds to ruin up to 10 mph then fine again.
Hate to spend 4g until I know it is going out.
