No Forward Gears....

Hello everybody. The other day, out of the blue, I put it in Drive and got nothing. All my forward gears were out...it revved up like in N and when the rpm's dropped down it would creep just a little bit. Tried it in 4wd and got the same result. Checked the fluid, it was full and nice and pink. Reverse works fine.

I got in it yesterday to try to move it out of the way, put it in drive, and off we went. I drove it about two miles towards my house and then lost the forward gears again (Drove it the last mile home backwards lol). So it seems to work fine until it warms up...

My truck only has 117,000 on it and has been babied since day one. I know very little about trannys, so maybe some of you might be able to guide me in the right direction. I'm fearing a rebuild, but hopefully it's something simple. I know it probably has nothing to do with it but my shifter does have some play in it. It couldn't be my TC since reverse works, right? Valve body?, sensor?....I'm clueless.....

Thanks everyone!
