Ok so as long as I have owned my truck there has been a "grinding" noise if you let the clutch out with not enough throttle. Like I said it has always done it and I am just trying to figure out what it could be so I can get it fixed. I plan on replacing the clutch here soon with a new flywheel and the works. Hopefully it will fix it. Thanks in advance for any possible help.

I have been doing some research, would this be a failing dual mass flywheel??

Sorry, apparently I'm dumb. What is gear rollover?
