01 f-350 p/s speedopmeter quit and o/d LT blinking

Need help my speedopmeter quits working abouve 10 mph and the o/d lt is blinking and the batteries went dead had to charge them up 2 times now any help will be appreciated.

I fixed it today, i called ford they told me to check the gem module on the back of the fuse block, it is a pain in the butt to get it out but i cleaned everything up put diaeletrical grease on all the plug in's and everything is working allright. Thanks
