Rebuilt Trans and Tugger kit

So I had my transmission rebuilt. I installed the transgo tugger kit and a triple disc 1600 rpm torque converter. It shifts alittle harder but the truck feels different almost a little more sluggisg ??? is this because of the lower stall speed on the converter ??
Its a 2002 excursion with a 7.3 with a 4r100 trans.

Im just curious to know what I should expect from this tugger kit ?
