Will a 99F350 tranny fit a 2000 F350?

Transmission just went out in the 2000 model I have. Motor went bad in the 99 I have. The tranny in my 99 only has around 20k miles on it and I doubt ill ever get the motor rebuilt. Will the tranny thats in my 99 work in my 2000? They are both automatics.

Yes it will. I would also make sure and change the front TC/pump seal before you throw it in.
