Need some help from some tranny guys.

I have a squeak that I can't find, and it is getting louder. It happens at low speeds from about 30 to 0. I think it is in tranny or tcase. I pulled drive shaft loose and spun tcase output shaft by hand and I can hear it. At first I thought it was the carrier bearing going out, but now I know that ain't it. I checked the fluid in the tcase and it looks clear and doesn't smell burnt. Any ideas on what to check or what could be going out in the tran/tcase? Shifts fine fluid is clean and pulling a 18K load the tranny temp runs about 90 degrees over outside temp. Unloaded it runs much cooler. Noise is present at all temps. Thanks for ya'lls help.

Noise is definitely not coming from driveshaft. When I disconnected the dshaft the noise is coming from tranny or tcase.

There is a bearing on the tall shaft inside the tranny. U have to pull it and take the tranny apart it is the last thing to come out.
