surging real bad

My truck has been surging real bad if im not into the pedal a little, just going down the road it bucks real bad, feels like someone is hitting me in the rear end. my mechanic said its my chip, well i took my ts chip off and it still does it but no where near as bad. another problem not sure if related is if i put the pedal threw the floor from a stand still the truck never moves, the rpms hit the dirt and it sits there till i pull out and wait a few seconds. if anybody has any clue please share, my truck sits at my mechanic monday threw friday and he cant figure it out. he is a good mechanic also. its driving me nuts!!!

over the past month i have posted this question 3 times and no responses, am i confusing in my post or has no one ever heard or experienced this problem? Does everyone just ignore the post? lol guys im fixing to scream, i gotta have this truck running and well its not lol

sounds like your not getting enough fuel.... what has he tested? what are your boost and egt's looking like?
