Shutter/Vibration from stop

Searched but seems like alot of peoples problems are at speed. My truck not all the time but sometimes unloaded will shutter/vibrate on accel after being stopped. Now when I'm towing the problem is amplified and if I'm doing a hard accel there is a nasty squeal that doesnt sound good at all. This happened really bad when I got stuck in a city towing a car and went from a stop on a pretty steep hill.

if you have a two piece rear driveshaft check the center support bearing, prob that. do you have any lift?

Thats what I was thinking, I've changed every u joint in the rear driveshaft. Truck has a 3.5" lift with 35x13.50
