Bypass valve

Hello. im having problems with my bypass valve not letting oil through to the transmission coolers. I have a stock cooler and a tru cooler, Both the coolers flow fine and all the lines are clear. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what to do to solve it

If you know it is the bypass valve, I'd replace it. Easy job. Even I was able to do mine!
