7.3 PS 4wd auto tranny coverted to 2wd--easy?

I have 2000 7.3 2wd F550 with a blown auto tranny. I also have a wrecked 2000 7.3 4wd F450 with good auto tranny. At a glance, it appears I can swap the tail cones and convert the 4wd tranny to a 2wd. Is is that easy or am I missing something?

They will need to be torn all the way down from the front to change the shafts. Theres a snap ring holding the output shafts on the inside.
