Question Transmission shift

02 F250 4x4 auto with 160K, the tranny seems to not shift when it should...it seems to hold it in gear alot longer than it should, when getting on the skinny pedal hard it seems like it takes A LONG time to shift. Is this normal or abnormal? The shifts just seem wrong...I have the Banks transcommand on it and it does seem to help........any ideas?
