so i just installed a FTVB and a stallion TC put in the proper fluids and even added a extra 40k cooler and inline filter

went for a test drive and it shifted 1-2 like a dream the 2-3 banged into gear real hard, after that it wouldnt go into 3rd under acceleration temps got to 190* real quick normally i barely see 160*

whats wrong with my tranny i need it to be fixed by the end of the week, is it something i can do myself without dropping the tranny AGAIN!!! or is it in need of a rebuild.

Boy...did you do the front pump mod and the drain back mod..Stallions should never be used in a non built trans.

yes i did...

what controls the reverse and 3rd gears, because i have neither my guess is whatever that is is toast
