High trans temps?

Noticed this for the first time today while pulling a hill with a load of chips/dragging a 5700# chipper. Gauge went into the yellow and stayed there.
We just purchased this 2003 F550 7.3 (43k miles), the previous owner just had the trans filter/oil changed because he saw high temps as well.
Now what? Any ideas where I go from here? I've only put 150 miles on it, and never saw the gauge jump like this

What was the temperature?
Do you have gauges or using the factory gauge?

Yes you need a trans gauge
very easy to install (you should get all 3)
