Is this normal?
This is my first super duty ( 2000 f 250), in the morning or whenever the truck is cold it doesnt want to shift into overdrive untill I drive a few miles, does it have to warm up first? I just had the trans rebuilt, it did this both before and after the rebuild.

cool, thanks guys. Im pretty sure the truck has a "cold weather program" in the ecm, it will rase the idle to about 1000 if the temp is below 35 outside so this could be another part of the program
