Now the trans

Well I have the o-rings done on the motor and she is running pretty good so I get ready to hook up to a trailer today I start to back in and it feels like the brakes came on. It happened quick I thought I ran something over but no it was the trans locking up in reverse

pulled forward and it started slipping in forwarded gears. Checked fluid clear and full smells fine? What next any ideas would be great also 230000 miles. Maybe it is just time for a major trans plant.

230k on the stock trans..its toast

Well the trans is cooked happened quick without any warning signs

. But after removing the pan and it full of clutch pieces I have it at the shop now and they are going to open it up and see if any hard parts are bad and then rebuild it with up grades. TC shift kit new temp guages. Figure I might as well do it strong I do tow alot with it.
