clutch slip? Maybe? Maybe Not?

Here is the issue

When i get into the push water really tuff the clutch totally disengages... like i put the pedal in.. no slipping whatsoever (or maybe its slipping but just overpowering it immeaditaly)

I personally dont think im over the rating of this clutch and its not very old... but i figured id ask to see if anybody thinks of anything else before i dropped the coin on a double disk or valair's 600hp ceramic clutch...
