strange tranny noise

Just recently I have been noticing some weird noises coming from my tranny when shifting into reverse. It seems like a rattling noise I hear when I move into gear then I feel it lock into gear. It also does it when shifting into drive but its not as noticable. Also noticing a slight rattle or vibration when cruising in overdrive when I slightly let of the go pedal. Do you guys think its torque convertor related or something totally different?

Any ideas guys?
I was thinking u-joints or carrier bearing for the vibration at speed but those seem okay with a brief inspection.
I messed with my truck more today and it really only does it going into reverse, when I drop it into reverse it will make a noise then rattle some then finally engage reverse. So thats what Im really worried about.

Also my accelerator pedal sensor is going out now too... again. I replaced it with a doorman product replacement in august and its not working again. ahhhh

I don't know bud, sounds weird though. Take it to a tranny shop, and have them give you an idea. Maybe you could have someone take it for a drive that knows what they're doing. I don't know diddley about autos

Rattling noise. Cracked flex plate, tc nuts loose, bell houseing bolts loose, tc clutch dampner worn. Crawl underneath while someone,( preferaby someone you trust)) moves the shifter back and forth from rev to dr. Listen at the front of the trans for the noise..????
