Still Tranny Issues
man, twice to ancira ford in floresville and not even another 1k on it n leakin good, place is a 5hr trip for me and still do no trust their work, partial rebuild the 1st time 2100, yeah was stuck there n did not have a choice as live in dallas, 3k later issues again, local dealer would not even work with them to fix it for me and told me pcm and trans were fried, yeah right, drove it in to em, so that did not make sense(so stay far away from Prestige Ford in Garland). had to burn a day of vacation n round trip air to floresville shot pump n burned up the new torque converter n still had to pay another 900, so my time, air, original bill n new bill and they were still working on it 7 days later when i flew in to get er, had to wait another 6 hours in the waiting room(talk bout steamed), 4k n still a partial rebuild n ford will do nothing bout it, franchised dealers, sent emails to owners of both dealerships and never even got a reply. so guess off to my local family owned trans shop to get the leak fixed before start towing my travel trailer again. does anybody believe in good honest reliable service any more???? This has all happened in 6 months and not even 4k on the odometer since the 1st trip in.
