6 speed man oil leak

I put a rebuilt tranny in a little over a year a go I noticed my clutch started slipping a while back when I serviced it a couple of weeks ago I saw fluid leaking out of the bell housing well I finally got to working on it 2 days ago I got the tranny pulled back to put the seal in and noticed the input shaft was kinda loose so i pulled it all out and got the case off and now I cant get the gear off the counter shaft so that the input shaft will come off any help will be greatly appreciated
