4r100 torque converter

looking for a good after market t/q. i do alot of heavy towing. anybody got any suggestions on a good one or got one for sale. also any suggestions on a valve body.

yeah suggestion for ya. Call BTS get they're precision TC and VB from them. They are very nice

Best for a stock trans is a 6.0TC with a 7.3 face. JW uses this type in all his builds

dont wanna hijack but what does the valve body even do?

It changes the pressure of the fluid for firmer, but way better shifts.

does this come with a rebuilt trannie? last question i swear sorry for hijacking

It depends on what rebuild you get. If you get a BTS or JW or suncoast you get a upgraded one. Normal rebuilds have one but they are just normal. No problems any more questions PM me and I'll help out if I can.
