tranny problem

I have a 1999 F250 and I am having major tranny problems. I was driving one day two weeks ago and the tranny acted like it didnt want to shift from 1 to 2. It threw 2 codes P0781 and P0732. I could let off and it would shift sometimes. I am ordering a rebuild kit for it but I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem was. Any ideas would be helpful
Thanks

Yes I am. i have rebuilt a few transmissions and I am confident that I have the skills to rebuild it. I have rebuilt numerous c4's, c6's, TH350's and 400's. I have also rebuilt a 5r55w in a mercury mountaineer a few months ago. And I know if I run into a problem there is plenty of help on this forum for anything I need or at least a point in the right direction.
