Clutch
Ok I have a slight vibration in the floor of truck. It is there when truck is sitting idling or moving. If I push clutch in it goes away. I am thinking throwout bearing or I read something about clutch fork. What is the clutch fork and how do I check it? If the throwout bearing or clutch fork is going bad will it cause any problems?

None of those can be checked without pulling the trans. You probably have a broken dampner spring in the flywheel or clutch.

from what I'm told, you'll only hear a bad throw out bearing if the clutch is engaged. mine makes a rattleing sound untill the clutch is engaged, had a few people including a reputable trans shop listen to it and was told it was a bad input bearing in the trans. I'm told it'll be ok to ignore it, and at the price of a new/rebuilt tranny it'll stay as is for now.

I just noticed mine started doing this last weekend. I was told it could possibally be the Dual Mass flywheel

Will a broken dampner spring hurt anything? The clutch and flywheel and bearings are only like 12000 miles old. I cant really hear a noise but just feel the vibration. It does go away at times to. But it does it most of the time.
