needing help in Tennessee

looking for some help about flashing o/d light on autmatic 99 f350 2wd 7.3 4.10 rearend, the fliud and filter have been replaced in tranny, the speed sensor on rearend replaced, but the only thing is that the dealer says there are no codes, and the truck jerks from 40 - 55 mph the smooths out like nothing, but if i dog it and let it go thru its pace no problems, the light will go out and come on and the truck just started to have a little bit of a rough idle when you come up to a stop light. can anyone piont me in the right direction to start looking at needing help in Tennessee
