Dear GOD people.....

If your trans hits 200... pull over. Seriously. If a trans shop tells you that 200 is fine, then they are wanting your repeat business.

Now, everyone google "HOT Tranny"

I dare you.

No. I just think I would have said "Transmission is hot"

I had to rethink my original post 3 times.... The first draft would have had me banned for a week.

even isolating my trans cooler from using the stock cooler, i'm seeing normal driving temps around 190. it seemed to be between 160-200 when it was also routed through the stock cooler as well. and the trans cooler i put in is good for 26,000 GVWR and is placed right up front for direct air.

whats so much better about the 6.0 cooler? how big is it?

Hi,I jusy fried my tanny also.I think i did it testing my edge 1/4 mile and 60 foot time features.Anyway,i found this guy brian sacha sunco transmissions in a diesel power mag,,and he sounded really good.He is setting me up with a billet tourque converter, shift kit and a fully custom rebuild foe about 2000 .I researched this trans for about a month and nobody can come close. This guy is a transmission freak.Sent me 15 pages of installation ,transmission upgrade tips.He is also calling my area to find a shop who can pass his trans test for me.I will have this installed within the week, and if anyone is interested ,ill send you results,,im at around 400 hp,and maybe 600 ft torque,,,i cant believe how thoro this guy is,,you guys at about 150 000 might want to follow this .Anyways e mail me if you want to find out how this turns out
