Transgo Tugger kit

Are these kits worth the money or no? Cause today my tranny finally started to slip between 1-2 and its been slippin between 3-4. Well this guy i know who's been workin on transmissions for 20 years and 10 of them have been for Dean Arbour Ford here in northern MI. He said he can rebuild my tranny with the tugger kit and an upgraded tc and more friction discs all for $1200. Plus id have it back in 2-3 days. so is this kit worth it or no???

Sounds like a recon brand converter. They have a cheap version and a better version. Sounds way to cheap to me. We sell all of the parts to build a very good 4R100 for about that price. Power Packs, tugger kit, everything Suncoast uses in there 4500 dollar tranys. I would ask more questions. Stock rebuild usually go for 2400 to 2700 bucks depending on your trany guy, and to do that would be silly.
