HELP!!!!!!!

I recently bought a 99 f250 sd 4wd. it runs great but if you accelerate hard it wont shift. if you drive easy it works great. it had some codes in the pcm, but i found a fuse blown to the computer. after i replaced the fuse and cleared the codes nothing has reset. this truck is driving me mad please give me a hint where to start.

By "nothing has reset" I'm assuming you mean the codes are still there? what are the codes, gimmie the codes

ok so i have some codes finally p0733,p1670,p0782 any ideas?
