Brian will ship a trans to any shop you choose. You dont HAVE to drive there to get it. Shipping is pretty reasonable, he takes care of it both ways. I would know this because I just got my 2nd BTS shipped to my house. When i get the old BTS trans pulled out, I give Brian a call and he will arrange shipping to get it back to Lead Hill, Arkansas.

BTW i did make the drive to Arkansas just because I wanted to see the shop for myself.

As far as why it went out on me, i tow pretty heavy but other than that i dont know, and i wont know til Brian gets it back to his shop and he will let me know what happened to it.

Good Luck, and DONT BUY A FACTORY Rebuilt trans!!

I have a suncoast tranny in my truck. They make a great product.
Only took them two days to build it and put it in my truck.

Yeah, but if you break it, you're on your own.

ATS don't care either. But, they don't ship new ones to people no questions asked that I'm aware of. You gotta get it to them, then they warranty it.

If I was doin it over...

Well, I haven't broke it...

But, if they don't hold to their warranty, I'll tell everybody I know plus 500 people I don't.

Then I'll buy a BTS.
