Trans will not go!

Hey everyone,

I have a 2000 f250 7.3l 4x4 automatic 4r100 with a few upgrades. I have a TS chip stage 2 garrett turbo 75 flow injectors and 4 inch exhaust. I just had the trans rebuilt and I just installed it in my truck last night. I put it into gear and it started driving but would not shift past second gear. Anyways I drive it around for about 5 mins and the it started shifting fine. But when i pulled back in the driveway, it wouldnt go into reverse. It acted like it was slipping real bad. Now it wont go into any gear except for when I shut the truck off and restart it and immediately put it into gear and then it will only stay in gear for about 30 seconds and then it starts slipping and then quits. I replaced the torque converter before I put the trans in and the shift solenoid and valve body was replaced as well.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

**Codes im getting are:
P0603 - Internal Control Module
P0478 - Exhaust Pressure Control Valve High
P0470 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor Circuit Fault
P0708 - Trans Range Sensor Circuit High Input
P0741 - Torque Converter Clutch System Stuck Off

Yeah the fluid is fine. The guy who rebuilt it thinks it electrical. Possibly a sensor or in the wire harness. He's not sure and he is definately dragging his feet about returning my calls.

It almost sounds like a valve body problem.I've been down the say road with a jackass guy that never made good with me. I gave up and bought a suncoast trans that I just broke a few hours ago, I'm hopein it is just a input shaft
