Please Help Leaving from Michigan to NC trans might have issues?

I just had the trans rebuilt with all new high energy clutches and all new electronics as well as a 6.0 trans cooler and Precision RV TQ. When driving loaded or unloaded the rpms jump about 200-300 when in second maybe 2 times then it its normal into third then it may jump one more time if i am heavy on the pedal. Fourth gear is fine and the truck doesn't shift hard. I also have no flashing o/d light or Check Engine Light
I drained the fluid which was red and found about 1/8 inch of material on the magnet. Changed the fluid and checked the level still doing it.

AIM: PLANETHCK

I ended up leaving the truck home and found other means of going out of state after I developed a leak from the front crankshaft seal. The transmission is under warranty so when i get back home ill have to go threw the fun of removing that thing for like 5th time. I removed my resistor mod which was a potentiometer mounted in a hobby box. "Resistor of Death"
